˙Tonghsiao Educational Park of Energy, Resources, and Ecology (under planning)

　　This 50-hectare park will be developed in four phases. Phase 1, occupying around 10 hectares, is located at Tunghsiao Township . This project has been approved by the Ministry of Education. Besides government funding, NUU also invites investments from enterprises such as Chinese Petroleum Corporation and Taipower Company. Facilities like D emonstration Area of Alternative Energy and Resources, T ourism and Recreation zone, Wind Generators, Photovoltaic Solar Energy Panels, Desalinization Plant, Energy Geology Museum , and Oceanic Culture Museum will be constructed in the educational park.
