The office includes:
Section of Council and General Affairs, Section of Public Affairs, Section of Alumni Service, The staff in the office are responsible for the convening of all kinds of University-level meetings, the proceedings of committees, media liaison, public relations, and alumni services. The staff also assist the affairs in offices of the president and vice-president, and coordinate matters and resources concerning multiple administrative offices.
